Adjust Your Sails Scholarship

The Philomath Community Foundation will award a $750 scholarship to a Philomath School District graduating senior.  Emphasis for the award of this scholarship will be for those students who have overcome some form of hardship (physical, emotional, health, etc.) and who have successfully “adjusted” their lives in response.  Consideration will be given to students who demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1.  Student must have attended Philomath School District for 2 academic years

  2.  Attach required letter(s) of recommendation

  3.  Attach a copy of the applicant’s most recent high school transcripts

Avoid using an outdated form. Wait until Jan. 1 of the year in which you  plan to submit this application to print or download  it.
