Bruce and Steven Moos Scholarship
The Bruce & Steven Moos Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Bruce and Steven Moos — a father and son who were longtime members of the Blodgett-Summit community. Both were actively involved in the Blodgett-Summit Community Club’s fundraising auctions as well as in 4-H, reflecting their dedication to supporting local youth and community programs.
The Blodgett-Summit Community Club, founded in 1939, was created to fund raise, support, and provide opportunities for the Blodgett-Summit community. Over the years, the club has organized a variety of fundraisers with the goal of offering scholarships to Blodgett-Summit youth. The club’s first scholarships were valued at just $100 each, and through decades of community commitment, the Club has endowed three separate scholarships, continuing its mission of investing in the future of local students.
