With excitement and gratitude, Philomath Community Foundation accepted a $15,000 grant, half earmarked for immediate general support for COVID-19 emergency response and half for general support for three years ($2,500 per year).

This funding enabled PCF to award a total of $10,000 as emergency COVID-19 grants to two non-profit organizations that are at the front lines of helping unemployed people in the Philomath area  who  are struggling financially as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown.

 

Philomath Community Services was awarded $4,000 to help the food bank meet surged demand,

 

We Care was awarded  $6,000 to assist people with their utility bills, rent, or mortgage.
