Vocational-Technical Scholarship

The Philomath Community Foundation will award a $1,000 scholarship to a Philomath School District graduating senior.  To receive this scholarship the applicant must be enrolled in a community college or vocational-technical program with the goal of receiving a degree or certification in a skilled profession.

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Attach required letter(s) of recommendation.

  2. Attach a copy of the applicant’s most recent high school transcripts.

​

Avoid using an outdated form. Wait until Jan. 1 of the year in which you  plan to submit this application to print or download  it.
